RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my item with a different item?

Items may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the item. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer, unless items received were already damaged or customer received a wrong item.

 

Can I return items bought on sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

 

Will I receive a refund for returned items?

All items are non-refundable. A voucher will be issued to the customer amounting to the same price that the original item was purchased. Website has the right not to honor the exchange in case item/s has been damaged or worn.

 

SHIPPING

How long will my order be processed?

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 3 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

 

How will I know if my order has been accepted?

Once you send proof of payment to therailphpayments@gmail.com, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are the kind of e-mails that you might receive:

Order Confirmation – This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. This order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.

Shipment Confirmation – This e-mail confirms that your order has been shipped.

Note: The Rail explicitly reserves the right not to accept your order and to cancel the Purchase.

 

How long will my order arrive?

All orders within the Metro Manila area will take 5-7 business days to arrive. All orders outside the Metro Manila area will take 9-12 business days to arrive. For the health and safety of our community, our warehouse will be operating with a skeletal workforce. Please expect delays with shipping. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees will depend on the weight and sizes of the orders. Fees will be computed upon checkout.

 

What should I do if I don't receive my order within the expected delivery time?

ORDERING

How do I use my discount/promo code?

We do occasionally offer promotional or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, these codes will work on Full-Priced items excluding special collaborations. Codes will sometimes be valid on already discounted items. You can apply your discount code from your shopping cart. 

Codes will not be honored past the advertised expiration date. Codes are only valid on advertised product and in the region in which it is advertised. We reserve the right to not honor any code that was not distributed through our own advertising (email, social, etc.) and orders may be cancelled if a code is misused.

Do you ship internationally?

All orders are available to Philippine residents only.
